Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Part-Time SMM Specialist to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence across multiple accounts. The role includes monthly content creation, scheduling, cross-posting to other social networks, and collaboration with our internal experts.
We are also open to candidates or agencies that can additionally provide copywriting support for blog articles.


Key Responsibilities:

SMM (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and publish monthly content across:
    • 3 personal LinkedIn profiles8 posts per profile per month
    • 1 corporate LinkedIn page4 posts per month
  • Prepare content drafts, visuals (if applicable), and posting schedules.
  • Perform cross-platform reposts in other social networks (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Adapt content for each platform when needed (preferred).
  • Maintain a consistent brand style and messaging across all accounts.
  • Monitor engagement and basic analytics to optimize future content.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to collect input, news, and expert opinions.

Optional (Copywriting for Blog)

If applicable, the SMM specialist or their team may also:

  • Write blog articles based on thesis inputs provided by our experts.
  • Iterate based on feedback until approval.
  • Ensure content is clear, structured, SEO-friendly, and relevant to our industry.

Content Planning

  • Prepare monthly content plans for all LinkedIn accounts.
  • Align content calendar with company priorities, updates, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate timelines and approvals with internal stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in SMM, especially LinkedIn-focused content.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English (and/or Ukrainian, depending on content).
  • Understanding of content strategy and B2B communication.
  • Ability to create simple visuals or coordinate with designers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan content month-by-month.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with IT or B2B tech brands.
  • Ability to produce more advanced content for blog/articles.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta, etc.).
  • Creative approach to storytelling for personal and corporate brands.
