About your role: As a Data Scientist, you step into a product ecosystem where millions of interactions happen every day across live streams. Your work becomes the engine behind smarter decisions at scale: transforming raw signals into predictive insights, elevating user journeys, and driving measurable business impact across Tier-1 markets. This role blends deep technical ownership with product thinking — you won’t just build models, you’ll shape how intelligence flows through one of the fastest-growing social & streaming platforms in our space.

In this role, you will

• Create, develop, and refine machine learning models to improve business effectiveness
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to deliver impactful features and improvements
• Utilize expertise in data structures, algorithms, and ML techniques to boost model performance and efficiency
• Apply best practices in MLOps for seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models in production
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML pipelines and model reliability
• Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices in ML and AI
• Define and support the roadmap for the recommendation engine, focusing on gifts and coins recommendations

It’s all about you

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning on tabular data, especially recommendation systems
• 2+ years of software development with Python and hands-on ML project work
• Experience designing a data science roadmap and leading technical execution
• Experience with cloud development on AWS/GCP/QWAK (GCP preferred)
• Experience deploying API-based ML models in dev/prod environments
• Solid understanding of A/B testing processes
• Strong grasp of the mathematics behind ML: linear algebra, statistics, optimization
• Extensive SQL experience — ideally BigQuery
• Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork

• Responsibility and ability to work independently

• Experience in the social networking domain
• Broader ML experience beyond computer vision or NLP-only backgrounds
