Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in development
• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, preferably in an architect or senior technical role
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are preferred
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.), API integrations, and automation tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Practical experience with at least one high-level programming language
• Experience with Web Technologies and JavaScript
• Understanding of database design and queries
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to dissect customer issues and propose solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Upper-Intermediate English level (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Job responsibilities

• You will be working on one of our development projects in ServiceNow space
• Customisation or development of enhancement requests for existing tools and processes
• Work closely with vendor resources to meet development deadlines in case of larger projects
• Work in an agile, collaborative manner and be adaptable to changing scenarios
• Build technical solutions based on client’s needs and process requirements
• Work closely with BA’s, Architects, Testing team and process teams
• Ability to challenge the ideas and solutions of others respectfully and accept criticism
