Your Key Responsibilities

1. Event Support

• Source merch and promotional items
• Communicate with vendors (printing, logistics, booth suppliers)
• Organise deliveries, packaging, shipping
• Help prepare materials for expos, conferences and meetups

2. Gifts & Partner Activations

• Research and purchase personalised gifts
• Support seasonal gifting campaigns
• Assist in local partnership events

3. Employer Brand & Onboarding

• Manage internal content communications (photos, videos, texts)
• Help HR department prepare onboarding materials
• Track and analyze public reviews and feedback about the company

4. Content & LinkedIn Support

• Create content according to the content plan
• Track metrics (impressions, views, CTR, engagement)
• Communicate with current and potential clients in Linkedin

5. Marketing tasks that will grow upon your level

What You Need to Succeed

Hard Skills

• Basic B2B marketing understanding
• Knowledge of main digital marketing metrics
• Beginner+ usage of AI-tools to optimize the processes
• Ability to create different types of content
• Ability to structure and work with different types of information
• Readiness to use Jira and AI tools daily
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian, without grammatical or stylistic errors.
