We are looking for Media Buying Lead (Networks).
Requirements:
• Experience in strategy and management of traffic buying in push, popunder, native, banner formats;
• Ability to allocate budgets across sources, tests, and active campaigns;
• Understanding of key metrics (ROI, CR, EPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ARPU, etc.);
• Skills in finding new traffic sources, partners, and creative approaches;
• Experience leading a team of media buyers, task planning, control, and mentoring;
• Ability to build internal processes, guidelines, and checklists;
• Technical understanding of landing pages, pre-landers, and ability to perform basic edits;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS for adjusting blocks, buttons, forms, pixels, and tracking scripts;
• Understanding of domains, DNS, servers, SSL, FTP/SFTP/SSH;
• Experience configuring servers for landing pages and working with access rights;
• Experience with trackers (Binom, Keitaro, Voluum), postbacks, macros, and parameters;
• Understanding of traffic flow from source to postback and API integrations;
• Ability to work with designers and developers and prepare technical specifications;
• Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and reasoning of decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute traffic buying strategy across push, popunder, native, banner formats;
• Allocate budgets and monitor performance of campaigns and funnels;
• Analyze and optimize key performance metrics;
• Search for new traffic sources and strategic partners;
• Lead the team of media buyers, set tasks, control execution, and grow specialists;
• Train media buyers on analytics, testing, and funnel optimization;
• Build documented processes, guidelines, and workflow standards;
• Work with landers and pre-landers and apply necessary edits;
• Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and engineers;
• Perform basic work with HTML/CSS/JS;
• Manage domains, DNS, servers, SSL and landing infrastructure;
• Set up tracking, postbacks, parameters, and optimize funnels;
• Analyze ads losing money and guide team corrections;
• Prepare technical specifications and validate delivery quality;
• Provide KPI reports, insights from tests, and propose improvements.
