We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who will play a crucial role in identifying high-value opportunities, crafting effective outreach (primarily on Upwork), and maintaining a predictable lead pipeline. We expect you to bring your own ideas, propose improvements, and operate with a strong sense of ownership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Find and qualify leads on Upwork that match our target profile
  • Write clear, personalized proposals and outreach messages
  • Track and organize leads in our pipeline
  • Review outreach results and suggest improvements
  • Keep an eye on new opportunities and basic market trends

What We Expect:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork outreach
  • Good copywriting skills for proposals and messages
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and suggest new approaches
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • English: Upper-Intermediate
