We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who will play a crucial role in identifying high-value opportunities, crafting effective outreach (primarily on Upwork), and maintaining a predictable lead pipeline. We expect you to bring your own ideas, propose improvements, and operate with a strong sense of ownership.
What You’ll Do:
- Find and qualify leads on Upwork that match our target profile
- Write clear, personalized proposals and outreach messages
- Track and organize leads in our pipeline
- Review outreach results and suggest improvements
- Keep an eye on new opportunities and basic market trends
What We Expect:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales
- Hands-on experience with Upwork outreach
- Good copywriting skills for proposals and messages
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and suggest new approaches
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- English: Upper-Intermediate
