We develop high-quality software products that help businesses automate processes and implement innovations. Akveo is a team of 100+ professionals. We have development centers in Poland and Lithuania, and representatives in the US.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for the full outbound lead generation cycle - from analyzing ICPs and buyer personas to securing a warm response and handing the lead over to the sales team. You will manage the entire lead generation funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality MQLs into the sales pipeline.

Tools we use: Expandi, Salesforge or Instantly/Reply, Zerobounce, Hubspot, Zapier, Clay, n8n
Our BizDev department team consists of: 2 salespeople, 2 other lead generation specialists, the marketing team, and the Head of BizDev.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation or a related role
  • Strong experience in ICP and buyer persona research
  • Solid skills in prospecting and data enrichment
  • Hands-on outbound outreach: email, LinkedIn
  • IT background (preferably in IT outsourcing/outstaffing)
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools: Expandi, Salesforge or Instantly/Reply, Zerobounce, HubSpot, Zapier, Clay, n8n
  • Strong outbound copywriting skills
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and technical literacy
  • English level: C1 (Advanced)

Responsibilities

  • Work with ICPs and buyer personas: research segments, roles, pain points, and triggers
  • Independently manage prospecting via LinkedIn, email, databases, and directories
  • Enrich data: verify contacts, research companies, find emails/phone numbers, personalize outreach
  • Create high-quality outreach sequences: email, LinkedIn, and hybrid flows
  • Use lead generation tools: LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Heyreach), email automation (Instantly, Reply, Salesforge), Clay, Make, Zapier
  • Understand basic technical aspects of products/services (web, mobile, AI, low-code) to tailor messaging
  • Handle responses: qualify leads, ask clarifying questions, set follow-ups
  • Maintain reporting in CRM and track campaign results
  • Suggest improvements to angles, segments, and messaging; work creatively
