We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Creative Lead — a full-stack marketer who blends strategy, execution, creativity, and technology.
A high-ownership role for someone who can build and run our entire marketing engine end-to-end across global markets.

🎯 Role Overview

As our Marketing & Growth Creative Lead, you will own the full marketing lifecycle — from brand strategy to execution, from performance campaigns to creative production, from SEO to content, and from video creation to AI-driven assets.
A role for someone who can think strategically and execute independently.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and lead our global marketing strategy and GTM plans
  • Build and optimize multi-channel funnels for B2B audiences
  • Drive demand generation and consistent pipeline growth

Digital Campaigns

  • Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across:
    • LinkedIn (core B2B channel)
    • Facebook/Instagram
    • Google Search/Display/YouTube
    • TikTok (when relevant)
  • Manage performance, analytics, targeting and budgeting
  • Conduct A/B testing and improve conversion rates across funnel stages

Content & SEO

  • Own our content ecosystem (website, blog, landing pages, newsletters)
  • Write high-level marketing and technical content in English
  • Build and execute SEO strategy: keyword research, site structure, on-page optimization
  • Develop brand narratives, messaging frameworks and storytelling

Creative & Design

  • Create marketing and sales assets:
    • Ads, visuals, carousels, social posts
    • Presentations, pitch decks, product materials
  • Work with design tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere
  • Produce and edit videos (short-form, product explainers, ads)

AI & Marketing Automation

  • Use AI tools to scale video production and content workflows
  • Implement creative automation to boost speed and efficiency
  • Develop AI-based assets and communication flows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership, product and sales
  • Align marketing activities with company goals and global expansion
  • Analyze performance metrics, KPIs and data insights

📌 Must-Have Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing — B2B required, SaaS strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns:
    LinkedIn, Google, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube
  • High-level English writing skills (marketing, technical, storytelling)
  • Proven experience working with international markets (US/EU preferred)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and content strategy
  • Proficiency with design & creative tools:
    Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects (or most)
  • Experience producing/creating video content
  • Familiarity with AI tools for video and content generation
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, optimize and report
  • Independent, proactive and self-managed — able to execute end-to-end
  • Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in automation and modern marketing tools

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS / startup environments targeting global markets
  • Familiarity with CRM/Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Understanding of CRO, growth hacking and funnel optimization
  • Ability to develop brand identity and visual language
  • Experience with product marketing or sales enablement
