We’re looking for a strong Chief Commercial Officer / CBDO who will strengthen our sales strategy, expand the company’s presence in the global market, and help us become #1 in AI video advertising.

What you’ll be responsible for:

💫 Commercial Strategy & Business Development
— Develop and implement sales, partnership, and integration strategies
— Create commercial offers and monetization models
— Lead the company into new verticals and regions (Kick, YouTube, eSports, iGaming, etc.)
— Build strategic partnerships with top brands, publishers, and agencies

🤝 Sales & Client Management
— Build an effective sales funnel, KPIs, and revenue forecasting system
— Close large deals of $100k+ together with the team
— Manage clients, increase LTV, and oversee contract execution
— Work with the COO to ensure the quality of campaign delivery

📊 Analytics & Unit Economics
— Establish reporting and analytics for key commercial metrics (revenue, margin, ROI, CPA, LTV)
— Manage P&L and revenue forecasting jointly with the finance team
— Implement CRM tools, pipeline automation, and retention processes

📢 Marketing, PR & Positioning
— Participate in conferences, interviews, panels, and collaborations
— Influence the product roadmap, including new ad formats
— Work together with the COO on the marketing plan to attract clients

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience as a Chief Commercial Officer / CBDO
— Experience in iGaming, eSports, adtech, or influencer marketing
— Ability to build sales systems, CRM funnels, analytics, and forecasting
— Proven track record closing large B2B deals ($100k+ per month with a team)
— Strong public communication and commercial positioning skills
— Hands-on attitude and ability to build team processes

✔️ Nice to have:

— Personal network (agencies, advertisers, streamers, gaming and esports platforms)
— Understanding of AI technologies, OBS, and streaming platforms
— Experience in marketing or PR management
— Advanced English, fluent Russian
— Willingness to travel and participate in industry events
