QIT Software is looking for an experienced Data Analyst / Data Engineer to help maintain and optimize our data pipelines across Salesforce (SFDC), Stripe, Snowflake, and Hex. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data integration, transformation, and analytics, with a proven track record of building and maintaining reliable data workflows.

Hiring process:
1 - Pre-screen (up to 30 mins), 2 - Application (Q&A + Brief video introduction (up to 2 minutes)), 3 - Technical interview with the client

Requirements:

- Proven experience integrating Salesforce (SFDC) and Stripe data into Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with Hex (or similar analytics platforms) for building dashboards and reports.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and data pipeline orchestration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and monitor automated data pipelines between SFDC, Stripe, Snowflake, and Hex.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across systems.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting dashboards.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement solutions to improve data quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Document data processes and workflows for long-term scalability.
