We build enterprise-grade systems, cloud-native products, and AI-driven solutions, working with clients from Europe, the UK, and North America.
Now we’re looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales professional who knows how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships — from lead generation to deal closure.
About the Role
You will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from identifying and engaging prospects to closing deals and representing Acropolium at international conferences and industry events.
We’re looking for a charismatic, confident communicator who can build trust quickly, understands IT services, and thrives in a results-driven environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire B2B sales process — from lead generation to contract signing.
- Identify, contact, and nurture new prospects in target markets (Europe, UK, US).
- Represent Acropolium at international tech conferences and exhibitions (lead generation, networking, pitching).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM and analytical tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals with key decision-makers (C-level).
🧠 Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in IT / software development / tech consulting).
- Hands-on experience with lead generation via conferences, events, or partnerships.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+) — spoken and written.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills; confident, engaging, and articulate.
- Charisma and professionalism - ability to represent the company at international events.
- Location: Europe (preferred) or Ukraine (must be willing and able to travel abroad).
- Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
💡 Nice to Have
- Experience working in IT outsourcing / outstaffing or digital agency environment.
- Existing network of business contacts in Europe or the UK.
- Understanding of IT service models (Time & Material, Dedicated Teams, etc.).
📍 Work Format
Remote (Europe-based preferred) with regular international business travel to events and client meetings.
