Currently, we are looking for our perfect Media Buying Team Lead. You will be responsible for coordinating a team of media buyers focused on driving user acquisition and engagement through various advertising channels. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our company's marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in traffic acquisition.
• 1 year of experience in the position of Team Lead of Media Buying.
• Experience with BI/Tablo reports.
• Proficiency in traffic analysis and optimization skills.
• Develop and execute innovative media buying strategies tailored to Tier 1 GEO.
• Implementation and optimization of media campaigns, including Facebook/Demand Gen.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• English - Intermediate or higher.

• Strong understanding of product metrics and performance indicators.
• Experience collaborating with retention and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage traffic campaigns, and coordinate the work of your team (setting tasks, monitoring their implementation).
• Control and analyze the statistics of advertising campaigns.
• Meet KPIs and maintain reports on work progress.
  
• Monitor and optimize the performance of ongoing advertising campaigns.
• Test new approaches and solutions, transfer successful ones to the team, and scale them.
• Plan and execute large-scale tests and perform in-depth analysis of results.
• Effectively work with BI dashboards and analytics reports.
• Work towards achieving target ROAS and campaign profitability.
