🧭 About the company
We are an American e-commerce company founded in 2015 in Miami. We develop our own electronics brands and sell them on the largest US marketplaces — Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify — and also collaborate with one major distributor.

We are looking for an attentive and systematic specialist who will maintain the stable operation of accounts and products on all platforms.

🚀 Role objective
Ensure the accuracy and relevance of product data on marketplaces and at the distributor: cards, prices, balances, and promotions must be in order, and standard work situations must be resolved promptly.
Also take responsibility for increasing listing conversion and driving sales growth. Around 80 % of the work is focused on Amazon US, with successful solutions later applied to the Shopify website and other marketplaces.

Requirements
✅1.5–2 years of experience working with Amazon Private Label (full listing management and optimization).
✍️Experience managing 30 to 50 SKUs.
🛠️Strong experience with Helium 10, DataDive, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
📊Ability to design and run A/B tests and clearly interpret results.
🤖Skilled in using AI tools for research and idea generation.
💬Experience with Slack and Google Sheets/Docs to maintain structured change logs and give precise tasks to content/video designers.
🔎Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good English (B1+).

🛒Experience with Shopify and other marketplaces

Key Responsibilities

🛒Manage marketplace accounts (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) — monitor key metrics, BuyBox, listings, and compliance.
📝Create, update, and optimize product content (titles, descriptions, visuals).
📊Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
📈Analyze performance data using Amazon reports, Helium 10, and DataDive; prepare recommendations and reports.
🧩Solve cases with Amazon Seller Support.
🤝Collaborate with Sales, PPC, SEO, Content, and Design teams to align strategy and ensure flawless execution.
🔎Track and report on risks (BuyBox loss, listing blocks, promotion issues).
