Can you design and scale a global billing system that keeps millions of payments flowing smoothly?
We’re looking for a Senior in Billing to take full ownership of our payment infrastructure and make it world-class.

STRUKTURA is a Ukrainian product tech company building SaaS and mobile solutions for global markets. Billing is at the heart of our monetization — your impact will be direct and massive.

What you’ll do:

• Lead billing processes end-to-end: payments, routing, retries, chargebacks, fraud, KYC/AML
• Optimize approval rates, reduce declines & chargebacks, improve retry success
• Integrate new PSPs, gateways, and APMs for US, Latin America, and Europe
• Analyze payment performance by method, country, and device
• Build and scale billing roadmap, processes, and team
• Collaborate with product, analytics, engineering, and support
• Payment manager

Skills & Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in billing / payments / fintech
• Deep knowledge of PSPs, APIs, cards, APMs, fraud prevention, and chargebacks
• Website compliance expertise (card brand, acquirer, and regulatory requirements)
• Multiple successful US & EU MID launches
• Expertise in smart routing across multiple MIDs
• Proven success cases working with Stripe
• English — B2+, confident in partner and stakeholder communication
• SQL will be a plus

Bonus points:

• High-risk industries (VPN, dating, streaming, gaming)
• Built billing systems from scratch or scaled globally
• Familiar with PSD2, Visa/MC rules, PCI DSS
• Hands-on with fraud detection tools / rule engines
