What you will do:
• Full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing candidates to onboarding
• Hiring IT specialists (developers, designers, PMs, etc.) for outsourcing projects
• Actively participate in building HR processes: onboarding, adaptation, team development
• Support a positive corporate culture in a remote team
• Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs

• Experience in IT recruitment
• Strong communication skills and proactiveness
• English — Intermediate level or higher
