What will be your responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements for the project;
• Setting tasks for developers;
• Managing the planning process (defining the plan and preparing for project implementation);
• Maintaining document flow for the project;
• Analyzing ready-made technical solutions, selecting the best ones based on the data obtained;
• Monitoring the deadlines for project tasks;
• Communicating with the team and contractors, setting up the workflow (development, testing, working with requirements);

• Monitoring the completion of tasks by each project participant (designer, developer, tester, etc.)

What we expect from you:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT field;
• Upper Intermediate (B2) level of English (all documentation is in English);
• Understanding of methodologies;
• Prototyping interfaces, configuring processes;
• Knowledge of web programming and mobile development principles;
• Strong communication skills, ability to competently justify technical solutions, both verbally and in writing;
• Ability to accurately measure and improve the performance of the development department;
• Experience in people management (team organization);
• Skills in drawing up work plans for the website and technical tasks for programmers, layout designers, and designers.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in IGaming;
• Work in a project with the following technology stack: PHP (Laravel) and Vue.
