We are looking for an experienced and proactive Deputy Head of Analytics to strengthen our analytics department and support the growth of our iGaming product teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and deep practical expertise in analytics tools and processes.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Work closely with three teams and their team leads to achieve high performance and results
• Improve planning processes and task execution within the analytics department
• Build and maintain an effective system for documenting all analytics workflows
• Identify and reduce inefficient or low-impact work
• Enhance communication and collaboration processes with stakeholders
• Initiate new development directions for the department and for individual analysts

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead or Head of Analytics in the iGaming industry
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI
• 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform

  (Data Pipelines, Cloud Functions, Airflow, etc.)

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Python — a strong plus
• English level: Upper-Intermediate
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
