We’re looking for a passionate Web3 Tech Lead to join Wayvy Labs, a global Web3 startup shaping the future of decentralized technology. You will lead a team of talented engineers who design, build, and scale blockchain-based applications, from smart contracts to full-stack web3 systems. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and strategic architecture to drive innovation across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain and full-stack developers.
• Design and implement smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack dApps (frontend, backend, and web3 integration).
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to define technical direction.
• Manage Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and project deployments.
• Lead emerging technologies and drive technical innovation within the team.

Ensure smooth communication, documentation, and collaboration across departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or projects.
• Excellent expertise in Solidity and smart contract development
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React/Next.js
• Experience with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js, viem, and wagmi
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and DevOps workflows
• A solid foundation in Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
