Requirements:

• Ad spend of $100k+ per month on Google
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead
• Proven cases in the binary options vertical
• Excellent knowledge of all Google placements
• Understanding of moderation processes and traffic source restrictions
• Strong skills in optimization, scaling, and hypothesis testing
• Experience working with antidetect tools, domains, and tracking systems

• Managing a team of Google media buyers
• Launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns
• Setting tasks, supervising, and training the team
• Developing strategies for the vertical
• Conducting analytics and identifying new growth opportunities
• Ensuring stable ROI and meeting KPI targets
