Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re currently looking for a skilled Atlassian Engineer to strengthen our team and help us elevate our internal tools and workflows.

Your responsibilities will include:
— Administer and configure Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence to support business needs.
— Design and maintain complex workflows, permission schemes, screens, and custom fields.
— Develop and maintain automations
— Configure and support advanced project management and reporting tools.
— Build and optimize dashboards and reports using JQL and marketplace apps.
— Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Jira/Confluence solutions.
— Maintain system integrity and performance across environments, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
— Document configurations, scripts, and architectural decisions.

It’s a match if you have:
— 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
— Expert-level understanding of Atlassian Products configurations.
— Proficient in using ScriptRunner or PowerScript for automation and customization.
— Experience with key marketplace apps: Tempo Suite (Timesheets, Planner, Cost Tracker), Xray or Zephyr Scale (Test Management), Advanced Roadmaps (Plans).
— Strong JQL and Jira reporting skills.
— Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
