• feels comfortable talking to C-level and understands that a candidate is also a client
• has a strong English level (B2+) to communicate confidently with international clients and candidates
• and most importantly — is hungry for money, results, and wins! 💸
  

What you’ll do:
🎯 source candidates (LinkedIn, referrals, channels, your own base)
🎯 conduct prescreen calls, assess both soft & hard skills
🎯 present only the strongest candidates to clients
🎯 guide candidates through the process up to the offer stage (so everyone says “wow”)
