We are looking for a Senior DevOps and Platform Engineer to join our team working on an advanced AI-driven platform project. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform with a DevOps mindset - everything defined, automated, and versioned as code. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on building secure, scalable, and automated cloud platforms that enable AI systems to deploy, scale, and operate efficiently.

Job Description

- Expert-level proficiency with Azure (VNET, AKS, Storage, DNS, Key Vault, API Management), Terraform, Kubernetes (including External Secrets Operator, Cert Manager, External DNS)
- Advanced-level proficiency with Helm, ArgoCD (GitOps), Azure DevOps CI
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, identity management, and security practices.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects from design through implementation.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) and multi-cloud architectures.
- Experience with Atlantis
- Exposure to performance and scalability testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, compliance automation, and policy-as-code.
- Experience with AI-driven systems, MCP, or intelligent automation framework

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Lead Kubernetes platform operations, architecture, and automation (AKS).
- Implement and manage key Kubernetes components including External Secrets Operator, Cert Manager, External DNS, and related ecosystem tools.
- Develop and maintain Helm charts, ArgoCD applications, and AppSets for deployment and delivery automation.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (strong expertise required).
- Manage and automate Terraform workflows using Atlantis.
- Design and operate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure end-to-end platform security, compliance, and governance across environments.
- Integrate identity and access management systems such as Keycloak and OKTA.
- Design and maintain hub-spoke network topologies within Azure.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Security, QA, IT engineering teams to deliver resilient and scalable systems.
- Drive development of Continuous Delivery frameworks and automation platforms.
- Contribute to the evolution of MCP (Model Control Platform) components and integration of AI-driven automation.
- Develop and leverage AI agents to enhance platform intelligence, observability, and self-healing capabilities.
- Promote an automation-first culture and continuous improvement mindset across teams.
