We’re looking for a Project Manager & Assistant based in Lisbon to support our operations and help coordinate daily tasks across multiple teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the leadership team with daily operations, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients.
• Manage small to mid-size projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Handle administrative and organizational tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

• Support team onboarding, documentation, and process tracking.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Proven experience in IT project coordination or organizational roles.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in design or creative project management.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar.
