Founded in 2023, the company has grown 5x, building a fully remote team that serves over 150 enterprise clients across the US and EU through AI-powered advertising technology.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own the full product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap to releases and analytics. You’ll be a key player in developing our marketing platform (currently in the MVP stage) that helps companies create job advertising campaigns and manage traffic. What You'll Be Doing:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company growth goals
• Shape and communicate the product vision to the team and stakeholders.
• Prioritize features using impact vs. effort frameworks, focusing on revenue, automation, and efficiency.
  

Research & Discovery

• Lead the discovery process — identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and shape customer-centric solutions.
• Combine qualitative research and data insights to uncover unmet needs.
• Collaborate with teams to turn insights into actionable product improvements.

Execution & Delivery

• Manage and refine the backlog, run grooming sessions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams (sales & marketing).
• Ensure timely releases, track adoption, and measure impact on core metrics.
  

Analytics & Growth

• Own product metrics and performance insights, using SQL and BI dashboards to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
• Build regular reports for leadership and investors.
• Develop a predictable measurement system to track product performance.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• Have 4+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record launching or scaling products (MVP → scale).
• Solid understanding of data with the ability to work with SQL and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau) in collaboration with analytics team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
