- Experience with headless CMS, specifically Contentful,is required.

autonomously as a senior consultant.

AI/Copilot Coach & Mentor (Critical Requirement):

- This is the key differentiator. We don't just need someone who uses AI tools (like GitHub Copilot), but someone who can actively coach, mentor, and guide other developers on the client's team.

- The ideal candidate should be able to evangelize best practices for AI-assisted development and help uplift the entire team's skills in this area.
