Hesh is a Human-Centric Operating System for the craft economy: an integrated platform combining PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and MRP (Material Requirements Planning), all driven by AI agents.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Your primary mission will be to build and execute the B2B growth engine for Hesh. This role is a hybrid of strategic business development and hands-on revenue operations, targeting large-scale Enterprise clients in the craft and manufacturing sectors.
B2B Business Development (BizDev)
- Identify, segment, and prioritize target markets and key verticals (e.g., large-scale artisanal producers, specialized manufacturers) for Enterprise-level client acquisition.
- Develop, test, and execute data-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new territories and B2B segments.
- Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., VPs of Operations, Supply Chain, IT) within large corporations.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships (e.g., with industry consultants, hardware providers, supply chain platforms) that generate qualified leads and new revenue streams.
Revenue Growth Management
- Analyze and optimize the entire B2B sales funnel to increase conversion rates (from MQL to paying customer) and expand the average contract value (ACV).
- Design and iterate on pricing and packaging strategies tailored for corporate and Enterprise clients, including custom proposals for our integrated (PLM/MES/ERP) solution.
- Own and analyze key revenue metrics (MRR, LTV, Customer Churn, ARPA), formulating and testing hypotheses to improve them.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams, acting as the voice of the Enterprise market to help shape solutions that meet complex client needs.
Demand Generation
- Participate in the development of B2B marketing strategies (including Account-Based Marketing - ABM) aimed at generating a predictable pipeline of qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) for the Enterprise sales funnel.
