We’re seeking an early-career Sales Specialist to accelerate growth for our SaaS/IT products.
The ideal hire has hands-on startup experience, ideally commands the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, tailored demos, proposals, negotiation, close), and brings domain fluency in either EdTech (online courses/learning platforms) or consumer finance (micro-lending/banking).
You combine consultative storytelling with a metrics-driven mindset and translate your skills and technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI.

Compensation:

Ukraine-market sales: base + commission

US/EU sales: base x2 + commission

Company stock options (for long-term players)

About EVE.calls:

EVE.calls is a deep-tech Voice AI for telephony used by regulated and service-heavy organizations.
-Incorporated in the US.

-Team: 6 full people (San Francisco / Lisbon / Kyiv).

Teams use our AI to:

Call customers/prospects by phone (outbound/return calls)

Follow up on website inquiries

Run compliant debt-collection campaigns

Must-Have Background:

Domain expertise at least one track:

A) Edtech: you worked inside an edtech/startup selling to EU/US or you sold programs/services to edtech companies targeting EU/US.

B) Banking: you have domain knowledge and/or sales experience with banks (UA/EU/US).

C) Microcredit & financial organizations (UA/EU/US).

What You’ll Do:

Source the right decision-makers (banks, credit orgs, edtech: startups, courses, institutes, platforms).

Write and send sharp outreach in email and socials.

Book and run demos/presentations; drive next steps to close.

Maintain the CRM (clean pipeline, accurate stages, next actions).

Follow up consistently until a clear yes/no.

Nice to Have:

Existing contacts in banks/credit/edtech across US/EU/Ukraine.

Growth:

Discussed based on ambition and skills — evolve from IC closer to Team Lead/Head of Sales as you deliver results.
