The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Media Buying/CMO to lead all user acquisition activities.

Your mission is to set up and manage a results-driven in-house team and define the company’s growth strategy across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a scalable user acquisition and media buying strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing media buying team (in-house or through partnership).
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and ROI across multiple geos.
• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and partnerships.
• Drive innovation, performance, and compliance across campaigns.
