What you’ll do:

• Set up and manage LinkedIn campaigns for agency.
• Run tests, analyze metrics, and decide which campaigns to scale.
• Optimize targeting, creatives, and conversion funnels.
  

We’re looking for:

• Proven experience running LinkedIn Ads for B2B or service-based companies.
• Understanding of lead gen and retargeting strategies.
• English B2+; experience with crypto/Web3 brands is a big plus.
