What you'll be working on:

⚙️ Conduct Upwork lead generation process

🎯 Qualify new leads and driving compelling negotiations

🤖 Interact with engineering and education departments to ensure a smooth sales process

📝 Craft new and maintain current pre-sale materials

📊 Monitor, update, and manage sales activities using tools like Asana

📈 Regularly collect and analyze metrics to refine our sales strategies and focus

Experience that will help you to do the job:

• Minimum of 2 years in IT sales on Upwork with proven track record
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English for effective client communication
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities effectively
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude or alternative LLMs

Experience that will be a plus:

• Experience managing data in Airtable or Google Sheets
• Creative makings for creating pre-sale materials in Canva
• Proficiency in any task management tool like Asana, Trello, etc.
• Experience of outbound sales on LinkedIn
