We’re looking for a proactive Outreach VA to support our sales and hiring efforts.

This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, fast-learning, and comfortable with online research, communication, and structured workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Search and identify potential leads or candidates across LinkedIn, Upwork, job boards, and other platforms
• Send outreach messages using prepared templates, adjusting tone and personalization when needed
• Manage and update CRM records, spreadsheets, and follow-up queues
• Support the team with light research and administrative tasks
• Report daily and weekly results in a clear, structured format

You’re a Great Fit If

• You’ve previously worked as a VA, Outreach Specialist, or Lead Generation Specialist
• You’re strong in written English (Upper-Intermediate+) and communicate clearly
• You enjoy structured work, follow processes, and hit deadlines consistently
• You learn quickly and can work independently with minimal oversight
• You’re detail-oriented and notice things others miss

Required Skills

• Experience in outreach, virtual assistance, or lead generation
• Strong written English
• Ability to manage tasks, follow workflows, and stay organized
• Reliability, consistency, and strong communication habits

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach automation tools
• Familiarity with recruiting or sales workflows
• Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
