🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and scale our affiliate program across Tier-1 markets (US, UK, EU).
You’ll work with CPA/RevShare/CPS models, recruit affiliates, and directly impact revenue growth.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is:

• Proactive — creates opportunities, not just follows plans
• Communicative — builds strong partner relationships
• Growth-oriented — eager to test, learn, and scale

📌 Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates (direct partnerships + networks)
• Launch and manage profitable offers
• Monitor traffic quality, detect fraud, and ensure compliance
• Optimize funnels, creatives, and conversion rates
• Track and analyze campaign performance (CPA, ROI, LTV)
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Constantly test new ideas and growth opportunities

✅ Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing, sales, SEO, or media buying
• Proven experience in B2C markets (working directly with end consumers is a must)
• Understanding of CPA models and basic tracking tools (Keitaro, Voluum, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• English — B2+
• Proactivity and result-oriented mindset

(Existing affiliate network or direct deals experience will be a big plus)
