We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Crypto and Forex verticals. If you have a strong publishers pool, proven results, and tested sources in these industries, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

- Search for and attract new partners.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

- Handle incoming inquiries and requests, providing timely support.

- Assist partners in resolving issues and answering questions.

- Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of affiliate programs.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Confident objection handling and analytical abilities for traffic evaluation and optimization.

- Experience working with CRM systems (setup, integration, and usage is a plus).

- Knowledge of key analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).

- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking systems (e.g., HasOffers, Tapfiliate).

- Stress resistance and ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.

- Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for data analysis.

- Experience managing affiliates with significant FTDs (First Time Deposits).

- Understanding of different GEO tiers and commission models.

- Proven track record with tested sources and publishers.
