Responsibilities:

• Searching for, attracting, and maintaining relationships with new partners.
• Establishing long-term partnerships and ensuring partner loyalty.
• Analyzing campaign performance, monitoring key KPIs, and optimizing results.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase traffic and partner revenue.
• Working with CRM systems.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create unique materials for partners.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and traffic monetization principles.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to work with data, metrics, and find solutions to improve performance.
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven approach.
